"Direct
Tech" is a Non-Third Party
Straight Pay Based System - ie
to directly pay the “PC Repair
Field Tech” instead of over a
third party Work Payment
Platform.
*NOTICE*
ALL CONTRACTING COMMERCIAL
REQUESTING JOB ORDERS ARE
SUBJECT TO REVIEW BEFORE A FINAL
COUNTER OFFER IS APPLIED. *”Direct
Tech” Non-Third Party Straight
Pay Based System Minimum
$60/hr Labor with Net 15 Day
Pay Terms or less and also, 7
Day or Less Completed Work
Order Approval Times will only
be accepted. *ALSO,
ABSOLUTELY NO BLENDED
HOURLY / FLAT RATE PAY
OR, NET PAY TERMS THAT ARE
GREATER THAN NET 15 (ie NET
21, 30, 45, 60, 90+) WILL BE
ACCEPTED. AS SUCH, ALL BLENDED
PAY WORK ORDERS AND OR, HAVING
HIGH PAY TERMS WILL BE
AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED.
And For Payment Options, please
see our Accepted
Payments
page for details.
Lastly,
its understood that some "Large
Field Tech Hiring Firms"
charge a percentage for an early
payout (ie paycheck) fee (ex: 3%
of Total Parts plus Labor).
Whence, an adequate compensation
for this fee will be considered in
a "Hired Direct Tech Contract"
as well.
NOW
HOWEVER, if a
contracting company wishes to hire
us through a third party payment
platform like, Work Market
or Field Nation
then, that platform's fees will be
included in a work order counter
offer for the contracting company.
Whence in such a case, Work Market
is our preferred third party
payment platform for their fees
placed on techs are much cheaper
than Field Nation's. Here are two
examples below that show their
charge-to-tech fees.
(
#1 ) Work Market charges
Field Tech's a low
reasonable 5.0%
"Marketplace Access Fee"
on top of all their
Total Parts and Labor.
~ Now here's an
example Work Market Paycheck

~ ~ ~ ~
~ ~ ~ ~
( #2 ) Field
Nation charges Field Tech's a high
{14.4%}
"Service Charge Fee(s)"
on top of
all their completed
Total Parts and Labor.
NOTE: This is
the same as what most
credit card companies
will charge too.
*Even SquareUp.com
has cheaper Online
Invoicing fees for free
subscribing
business and residential users at
3.3% + $0.30 Per Payment
Requesting Invoice!

an example Field Nation
Paycheck ~
[ REQUIRED
"CODES OF CONDUCT" ]
*{ TO
REQUESTING WORK ORDERS:
} ANY
CONTRACT HIRING FIRM OR ITS
REPRESENTATIVES WHO
WILLFULLY ENGAGES IN "BIDDING
WARS" (IE UNFAIRLY
IGNORING / UNDERCUTTING
REASONABLE COUNTER OFFERED
PAY REQUESTS FOR LOWER
ONES); DOES MASS SPAM / FAKE
WORK ORDER ROUTING TO
SEVERAL TECHS AT ONE TIME
WITH NO DIRECT MESSAGING;
OR, PLAYS “WORK SERVICE
PLATFORM FAVORITISM”
WITH SPECIFIC TECHS OVER
OTHERS. PLEASE BE ADVISED,
THAT THESE SUCH NEGATIVE
BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE NOT
ACCEPTABLE. AND AS SUCH, ANY
CONTRACT HIRING FIRM AND OR,
ITS REPRESENTATIVES WHO
PURPOSELY ENGAGES IN THESE
NEGATIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES
WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY
DECLINED.
*{ REGARDING
ASSIGNED WORK: }
All assigned PC REPAIR TECHS
are and will adhere, to their
Contract Hiring Firm's
posted-to-assigned-tech work
order policies with respect
and dignity while on or, off
their assigned site locations.
To include, reporting any
issues that might come up as a
result of being on or off a
customer's site - ie running
late, sickness, family
emergency, other emergencies
or any on-site tech related
issues as well.
- (1.)
When
an assigned FIELD
SERVICE TECH is going on
site, it is expected
that they will have a
clear scope-of-work with
all the required
documentation from the
Contract Hiring Firm.
This is in addition to
having all the proper
required clothing attire,
safety gear, work tools
and needed materials while
on site.
- (2.)
Its expected that the
Contract Hiring Firm
Representative(s) will
represent themselves in a
professional, clear and
courteous manor while
working with the assigned
TECH when they are on or
off a customer's site.
And at no point, will
the Contract Hiring Firm be
allowed to push or, add any
out-of-scope work unless it
is prior agreed upon by the
assigned FIELD SERVICE TECH.
- (3.)
Also at no point,
will any Contract Hiring
Firm Representative(s) be
allowed to mistreat, berate,
take advantage of, act pushy
and or, be forcibly rude
towards an assigned FIELD
SERVICE TECH while they are
on or off a customer's site.
For if this does happen
and its reported to
PC-REPAIR-TECH.ddns.net
then, PC-REPAIR-TECH.ddns.net
will see this as a breach of
contract with the Contract
Hiring Firm and, may also
move to cancel the assigned
contract. Furthermore, PC-REPAIR-TECH.ddns.net
understands that an
incomplete work order might
not get paid by the Contract
Hiring Firm as a result. HOWEVER,
PC-REPAIR-TECH.ddns.net
does reserve the right to
seek legal council and
action against a Contract
Hiring Firm should it be
deemed necessary to pursue.
And as such outside of any
agreed upon Hiring Firm
Contract, all Local City and
County / Perish, State /
Province and USA Federal
Laws and Rules still apply
regardless of any assigned
work there-in.
*See
also the USA Antitrust
Law PDF Doc below
regarding workers,
employees, contractors
and sub-contractors.
- (4.)
Regarding Timely Payments.
All completed assigned
work orders received from
Contract Hiring Firms must
be Paid Out As Agreed upon
in their given and
assigned paperwork with
the FIELD SERVICE TECH.
As such, failure to do so
will result in the
non-payment issue being
escalated accordingly with
the proper payment platform
support team to include,
even possibly being sent to
a collections agency and
also, to a US Federal and
or, State Financial
Regulatory Agency for
non-payment retrieval.
Finally
at PC-REPAIR-TECH.ddns.net,
we believe in fair, kind,
courteous and clear
professionalism and, this is
also expected from our Contract
Hiring Firms too. *For these
values are a right and, not
just a privilege towards a
chosen few.
~ Thank you for your
consideration. ~
