For creating and building your website. Incorporating your media, documents, calendars and etc. Then upon the website's completion, your approval is sought before its work is considered finished.
  
Also, online there are many sites that offer quick and easy website building tools. However, the most familiar one is at Google Sites ( ie sites.google.com ) . And in fact, Google has many free online website and documentation creating tools that are easy and free to use. So all that is required, is for one to have a free Gmail account. Plus at your request, PC-REPAIR-TECH.NET can assist in creating your free Gmail account at no additional charge.
 
Now as for having a Domain Name (ie website name), Google uses Squarespace for that purpose. Their Domain Names start at $9 to $20+ per year, depending on the (.name - ie .com or .org etc) you choose and, Squarespace bills these annually.
